How to Order Custom Stubby Holders Online — Step by Step

If you've never ordered custom stubby holders before, the process can feel a bit unclear — especially around the design part. Here's exactly how it works, step by step.

## Step 1: Choose your product

Start by deciding what type of stubby holder you want. If you're not sure, the 5mm overlocked is our most popular option and works well for almost any occasion. If you're after something more budget-friendly for a large run, the 3mm foldable is the one.

Head to the Shop page and browse by occasion (Wedding, Birthday, Hens & Bucks, etc.) or by product type if you already know what you want.

## Step 2: Pick a design or go fully custom

You've got two options:

**Pre-made design templates** — browse our library of designs, find one that fits your occasion, and personalise it with your own text, names, and date. Faster and cheaper.

**Fully custom** — upload your own artwork, logo, photos, or illustrations, and we'll build a design around them. Better if you have specific branding or a very particular vision.

Not sure which way to go? Most wedding and birthday orders use templates. Most corporate and sporting club orders go fully custom.

## Step 3: Add your details and pay

Select your quantity, add your personalisation details (text, names, file uploads if needed), and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify — Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay all work.

## Step 4: Receive your proof within 24 hours

Once your order is in, our design team gets to work. You'll receive a digital proof via email within 24 hours on business days. This is your chance to check everything: spelling, layout, colours, and whether the photo looks right.

**Take your time with the proof.** We'll make revisions until you're happy — just reply to the email with your feedback.

## Step 5: Approve and we go to print

Once you've approved the proof, we move into production. Most orders are ready to dispatch within 7–10 business days from approval.

If you need it faster, the Rush Order add-on (available as a separate listing) bumps you to the front of the queue and gets your order dispatched within 2–4 business days.

## Step 6: Delivery to your door

We ship Australia-wide with tracking. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order leaves our Melbourne facility.
