Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No minimum — you can order as few as 2. Whether you need 2 for an elopement or 500 for a corporate event, the process is exactly the same. The more you order, the less you pay per unit.

How do I place an order?

Choose your stubby type, upload your artwork (or pick one of our designs), enter your quantity, and pay online. We'll send you a design proof within 24 hours for approval — nothing goes to print until you've signed off.

Can I order multiple colour variations of the same design?

Yes. Just let us know the quantity for each colour when you place your order. There's no extra charge for colour changes within the same design.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Contact us immediately at info@boozies.com.au and we'll do our best to pause production. If your order has already entered production, changes and refunds aren't possible — so always review your proof carefully before approving.

How long does production take?

Standard orders are ready to dispatch within 7–10 business days from proof approval. This doesn't include delivery time. For larger quantities, contact us before ordering and we'll give you an accurate lead time.

Do you offer a rush service? Popular

Yes. Our Rush Service guarantees dispatch within 2–4 business days of proof approval, for an additional fee. Add the Rush listing to your cart at checkout.

Please note: rush covers production time only — delivery time is on top of this. We can't issue refunds for orders that don't allow enough time for delivery.

When will I receive my design proof?

Within 24 hours of placing your order. Check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived — and feel free to email us if you haven't heard from us by the next business day.

Can you make a sample before I commit to a full order?

We don't offer physical samples. Once your proof is approved and there are no artwork issues, we go straight to full production. If you have questions about quality or materials before ordering, get in touch — we're happy to help.

What are your stubby holders made from?

Premium neoprene rubber with laminated polyester on both sides. Neoprene keeps drinks cold, prevents condensation on your hands, and holds its shape through repeated use and washing.

What's the difference between 3mm and 5mm neoprene?

3mm is our lighter, budget-friendly option — great for large event giveaways and foldable styles. 5mm is thicker, provides better insulation, and has a more premium feel. Our overlocked and fully stitched styles all use 5mm.

How are the designs printed?

We use sublimation printing, which bonds ink directly into the polyester surface. The result is full-colour, fade-resistant, and doesn't crack or peel over time the way vinyl or screen printing can.

Can I have different colours for the same design?

Yes — just tell us the quantity for each colour variation. We won't charge extra for colour changes within the same design.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your junk folder. You can also track anytime at Track My Order.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia. Free shipping on orders over $80. See our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes by state.

Can I collect my order in person?

We're a production facility, not a shopfront — all orders are dispatched via courier. We don't offer click-and-collect.

Will my order include a paper invoice?

We're paperless — your invoice is emailed with your order confirmation. If you need it resent or forwarded to a different address, just get in touch.

What if my order arrives faulty?

If there's a manufacturing fault, we'll issue a refund or reprint in line with our Refund Policy. Please note: we're unable to refund for errors in artwork you've already approved — always review your proof carefully before signing off.

Can I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive in time for my event?

We can't issue refunds for orders that don't allow enough time for production and delivery. If your event is coming up soon, please select the Rush Service at checkout and allow realistic time for courier delivery on top of that. When in doubt, contact us first — we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
