What material is stubby holder made from?
Our stubby holders are made of premium neoprene rubber with laminated polyester on both sides to showcase your design. They keep your drinks cold while preventing your hands from getting wet.
How do I place an order online?
1. Simply choose your preferred design and provide the number of stubbies, colors, text, and images. Once you've entered all the required information, you can proceed to pay online. Before we print anything, we'll send you a proof of the design for your approval.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? I'm having a small gathering, so I don't need many stubby holders.

Can I have different colours for the same design?
No worries, just simply tell us the quantity of each colours, we won’t charge you more for colour changes.
How long does it take to make my product?
Most orders are ready to ship within 7–10 business days from proof approval. Need them faster? Grab our Rush Order add-on and we'll bump you to the front of the queue — dispatched within 2–4 business days. For larger quantities, additional processing time may be required. Feel free to contact us for estimated processing times before placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Of course! We never want you to feel left in the dark about your order. Our customer service team will notify you when your order is dispatched, and you can contact us anytime for updates. We keep a close eye on every order to ensure timely delivery, and we'll send you an Order Tracking email too (check your junk folder just in case!). Running out of time? Our Rush Service guarantees dispatch within 2-4 business days of proof approval.Please note: this service is an additional cost on top of your order. To skip the production queue, add this listing to your order. Let us help you get your custom stubby holders ASAP! Please keep in mind that we can't offer refunds for online orders that don't leave enough time for delivery. All online orders follow our standard processing, production, and shipping times.
Can you make a sample of my stubby holder?
We don't offer free samples, but you can place a single-unit order at the standard price to check the quality before committing to a larger run. If you go ahead with a bulk order afterwards, the sample cost can be credited towards your order — just email us at info@boozies.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund if the product is faulty?
Absolutely — if something's wrong on our end, we'll sort it out, no dramas. Just flick us a photo and we'll get it fixed or refunded. The one thing we can't cover is artwork errors you've submitted, so always give your proof a good once-over before you approve it. However, if we spot any obvious mistakes, we'll contact you before proceeding with production. We're here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns..
Can I make changes after my order has been placed?
Need to make changes? Contact us ASAP! We'll do our best to stop processing and updating your artwork.If your order is already in production, unfortunately we can't make changes or offer refunds. So please check your design preview carefully before ordering.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered?
Sorry, we don't offer order pickups. All orders are delivery only.
If my order is a gift, can you send it without the invoice?
We're eco-friendly, so we don't include paper invoices with orders. Your invoice will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. If you need us to send it separately, just let us know. We're happy to help!
